I am through my second day of my first year of teaching and I am finally realizing the true love of it. The true reasons that I became a teacher. The true reasons for the stress. The true reasons for the sleepless nights after the 12 days. I. Love. Teaching. And I already love my students! So happy with the career path I chose and the way my life is turning out. Can't wait to see what happens next!

since when did music videos become cause for a movie?

Now, don't get me wrong, I love JB, and I love this song, but I don't understand the need to make this music video into movie with ridiculous acting and dramatic scenes with dark alley dancing... I swear the music videos for 90% of my favorite songs completely ruin them and take away from the actually decent lyrics... Word to the wise: if you have a great song and a pretty amazing voice... Just sing.

daydreaming my life away

I've been doing a lot of daydreaming lately. It's actually unhealthy and I hate it, but then at times I really love it. I love trying to picture what my life could be like in a month from now or a year from now or five years from now. Obviously people in my life today have an affect on my daydreams, but it is nice to dream about not knowing anyone, dreaming of having all new people in my life... Daydreaming is refreshing and frustrating all at the same time. It can be exciting and it can also be disappointing. I think I let my daydreams mean too much to me, so I get a little disappointed from time to time. Which, let's be honest, is just life disappointing me, because I'm not getting what I want... Who knows, maybe daydreams can come true just like dreams.
